I'm Greg “ Goyo “ Roque the owner of Die Hard Die Cast. I received my appreciation of “all things cars” by visiting countless car shows with my father from the time I was eight years old.  As a teen, I built plastic models and also assisted in building my first car.  My first car was a '62 Chevy Biscayne.   Later in life, I fed my auto interest by building other full scale cars. As an adult I could only afford to keep one full-scale car at a time. So I built a collection of scaled down die cast cars. It was my genuine love and appreciation of the automobile it's self, and the scaled down versions of my favorite cars which led me to becoming a die cast retail vendor. As a die cast vendor I found I could attend car shows and talk about die cast all weekend long! "What a wonderful life"!

Today, you can visit Die Hard Die Cast at many of the major car shows and automotive events in the Los Angeles and Southern California areas. I regularly attend many local die cast shows and major die cast conventions across the USA!

Being a true auto enthusiast living in L.A. I’ve visited the Petersen Automotive Museum many times.  These visits To the Petersen and its Hot Wheels Hall of Fame exhibit has led to a great die cast partnership with the museum.  Die Hard Die Cast is currently the official fulfillment partner for the Petersen Automotive Museum's Limited Edition Hot Wheels products.  My ongoing relationship with Die Cast X Magazine has allowed me to be part of the Development Team for The Die Cast X International Collectors Expo held annually in Anaheim, California. This die cast vehicle show is like no other die cast convention, and will soon be hailed as the premiere "Live Event" showcase for today’s major die cast manufacturers.  I am also proud to be listed as a contributor to die cast magazines such as Die Cast X Magazine (Air Age Media) And Lowrider Mini Cruisers/Bicycle Magazine (Primedia Inc.) 

The world of die cast customs is growing quickly and I intend on making every effort to promote this exiting part of our die cast hobby. We will be showcasing the awesome custom cars as well as the talented customizers behind them. My interest in die cast customs has offered me the opportunity to spearhead the design and production of several Code 3 "Exclusives" I.E. The Irvine Poker Club ‘49 Merc, the Chicago Poker Club VW Bus and Both Die Cast X International Collectors Expo VW Buses. One of these strictly limited VW Drag Bus designs came from the "MAN" himself, Dave Chang of Kustomcity Designs.  The other one was created by Alvaro Gonzalez.

Here at Die Hard Die Cast, we are looking forward to building a lasting relationship with you!  Our intimate company is here to serve the "new" die cast collector and the “veteran” collector alike.  Whether you are collecting Limited Editions for future value, collecting all the newest releases, or simply collecting whatever-catches-your-eye, we are excited to present to you the "Cool" hobby of die cast collecting and the Art of Customizing.
